   Some email services have filters that prevent email from addresses you have not pre-authorized from getting through. Why do you not accept phone orders for plans or DVD's?

To keep our prices as low as possible, we use PayPal. Since they were bought by EBay a several years ago, previous problems with security, though actually few in number even then, are gone and their security rivals that of major banks.

Also, accepting payments only through PayPal eliminates our seeing any part of your private information. When you make a purchase, we get notice that the transaction is complete and we can fill the order. We DO NOT see your credit card number at any time nor do we have access to that information at any point.
